Open the App Store on your Apple TV.
Search for Ideallya Entertainment and choose Get.
Open the app and follow its sign-in instructions. Use the same Ideallya account as in your browser.

You need an Apple TV box with the App Store. The Apple TV streaming app on a smart TV is a different product and cannot install tvOS apps.

Can this website send the app to my Apple TV?

No. This website cannot install the app remotely. Apple supports automatic installation for compatible apps downloaded on an iPhone or iPad using the same Apple Account, with Automatically Install Apps enabled on Apple TV. That requires a released, matching mobile app; we do not offer that installation route here.
